Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition for Returns:
Items returned after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 4–5 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time to post the refund.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@thetrustkart.co.in.
Approved exchanges will be processed within 2–3 working days after receiving your return.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order on www.thetrustkart.co.in within 12 hours of placing it.
To cancel, email us at info@thetrustkart.co.in with your order number.

Cancellation Charges:
Each cancellation incurs a 5% handling fee or ₹50, whichever is higher.
If the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges will also be deducted from the refunded amount.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed in our warehouse.
